Boulder Sports Performance offers three different programs to fit the needs of every athlete. Through Small Group Programs, BSP can motivate and inspire each participant to reach his/her fullest athletic potential. Each program is designed to enhance one's ability (both mentally and physically) in order to achieve optimal results.

To gain that edge one needs to find the right help. That's where Boulder Sports Performance becomes beneficial. BSP will put one in the right program that WILL bring one's athletic ability to a new level, guaranteed. Below is more information on what one will receive in this program.

BSP also touches on core conditioning in this program.

Cardiovascular Training

Cardiovascular Training is designed to be incorporated into any exercise program and is intended to strengthen one's heart and lungs, increase endurance, and maintain fitness. Human bodies are designed to move, not to stay sedentary for long periods of time. BSP programs incorporate all aspects of cardio-respiratory training and include jogging or running, short sprints, jumping rope, stair training, and other forms of movement that strengthen the legs and arms in a relatively vigorous manner for sustained periods of time. Participants will be educated in the use of a heart rate monitor for hte purpose of Target Heart Rate Training and are encouraged to wear a monitor during Cardiovascular Training sessions.

This program is designed to develop or greatly improve one's cardiovascular endurance, stamina and power. BSP also focuses on balance and stability each day after the run. Through a variety of running drills, cone drills, obstacle courses, hill running (depends on the venue) and many group activities, one is guaranteed to improve and progress. It is appropriate for all levels and abilities.

If one is training for a marathon, triathlon or other running/endurance event, Cardiovascular Training provides training that one needs to help increase one's speed, power, and endurance.

BSP's Cardiovascular Training Programs may include the following workouts to diversify the routine:
