  • Review/establish goals

Follow-Up Consultation

  • Review/assess progress

Computerized Nutrition analysis of 3-day food record (includes 30-minute sesssion reviewing the analysis): $75

  • Client submits a 3-day food record that will be analyzed by dietary analysis program
  • Analysis includes printouts of calorie, carbohydrate, fat, protein, vitamin, and mineral intake

Computerized 5-day dietary plan: $85

  • 5 days of meals and snacks will be planned out in line with client's needs and goals
